Test description / objective

This test case will verify that the map service's user interface is correctly translated into Norwegian.

Test steps

  1. Step Select "Norwegian" from the application's language settings.
  2. Step Verify that all user interface texts are translated into Norwegian.
  3. Step Check that the translations are accurate and understandable.
  4. Step Test various functions, such as map zooming, panning, and route searches.
  5. Step Ensure that all error messages and instructions are translated into Norwegian.

  • Tukko is also running in Norwegian

  • Test the translations in different contexts.
  • Verify that the translations are clear and easy to read.

Test result (Pass/Fail Criteria)

  • PASS: All user interface texts are correctly and comprehensibly translated into Norwegian. All functions operate as expected with the Norwegian user interface.
  • FAIL: There are errors in the translations or they are unclear. Functions do not operate as expected with the Norwegian user interface.
